Rooftops against the Hallowed Sepulchre, what each course is worth at your level, and how to get Graceful without wasting a week on it.
The Hallowed Sepulchre from 62 is the best Agility in the game and it is not close. It caps at around 102,000 to 105,000 experience an hour, or 105,000 to 108,000 if you skip looting the Grand Coffin, and unlike every rooftop it pays you well while you do it. If you are 62 or above, go there.
Below that, rooftop courses are the spine of the skill from level 1 and you move up them as they unlock. They are not fast and they are not interesting, but they give marks of grace, and marks of grace are the actual point of the early game.
The Brimhaven Agility Arena is worth knowing about from 20. At level 40 you can pass every obstacle and can expect around 45,000 to 50,000 experience an hour tagging every pillar, which beats the rooftops available at that level.
Every current training method in the skill and the level each one opens at, so you can find the row for the level you are on rather than reading a whole guide to get to it. This table is generated from the game's current method list and regenerated when it changes, which is why it includes methods most guides have not caught up with yet.

11 methods. Level 1 to 99 is 13,034,431 experience.
Graceful is the first thing to buy with marks of grace and it should be finished before you think about anything else. The weight reduction affects run energy everywhere in the game, not just on courses, which makes it one of the highest-value early unlocks there is for an account that does anything at all.
This is the single most common mistake in the skill: grinding Agility experience on a course while skipping the marks, then buying Graceful at 70 having spent the entire way up without it.
Graceful top

Agility capeThe Wilderness Agility Course from 47 gives around 50,000 to 60,000 experience an hour once fails and tickets are counted, which is better than the rooftops available at that level and better than most people expect. The obvious cost is that it is in the Wilderness.
The Colossal Wyrm course from 50 and the Werewolf course from 60 both exist and both get skipped by guides that were written before they did. Prifddinas from 75 is the best rooftop in the game if you have the requirements for it.
One thing worth saying plainly: there is no AFK method here. Agility is attention from start to finish, which is why so many accounts stall on it, and why the Sepulchre paying you while you train matters more in this skill than a comparable bonus would anywhere else.
The Hallowed Sepulchre from level 62, at around 102,000 to 105,000 experience an hour, or 105,000 to 108,000 if you do not loot the Grand Coffin. It is also the only high-rate method in the skill that pays you meaningfully while you train it.
13,034,431 experience. At Sepulchre rates of roughly 105,000 an hour the stretch from 62 to 99 is around 110 hours. The climb to 62 on rooftops is the slow part and the part most accounts stall on.
Sepulchre from 62, without question. Rooftops below that, because they are what is available and because they give marks of grace, which you need for Graceful before anything else.
Marks of grace from rooftop courses. Finish the full set before you optimise anything else in the skill: the run energy saving applies everywhere in the game, so it is worth more to the account overall than the Agility levels are.
